Purple Rain
Using our Lavender Syrup
- 30ml Dry Gin
- 30ml Sweet & Sour
- 30ml Solano's Lavender Syrup
Shake thoroughly and strain into martini glass.
Merlin
Using our Peach Syrup
- 20ml Cognac
- 20ml Chartreuse
- 20ml Pineapple Juice
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Solano's Peach Syrup
- Garnish with Pineapple Leaves
Add all ingredients over ice in shaker,
Shake thoroughly and strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
The Last Dance
Using our Lychee Syrup
- 45ml Gin
- 2 Slices of Muddled Cucumber
- 15ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 20ml Apple Juice
- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20ml Solano's Lychee Syrup
- Garnish with Edible Flower
Add all ingredients over ice in shaker,
Shake thoroughly and strain into tall glass over fresh ice.
Rock Star Martini
Using our Passionfruit Syrup
- 60ml Vanilla Vodka
- 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15ml Passionfruit Puree
- 15ml Solano's Passionfruit Syrup
- 30ml Sparkling Wine
- Garnish with half a Passionfruit
Add Vodka, Lime juice, Passionfruit Puree & Passionfruit Syrup over ice in shaker,
Shake thoroughly and strain into martini glass, over Sparkling Wine.
Tai in the Ville
Using our Coconut Syrup
- 30mlSpiced Rum
- 15ml White Rum
- 60ml Grapefruit Juice
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 20ml Solano's Coconut Syrup
- Garnish with Grapefruit Wedge
Shake thoroughly and strain into tall glass over fresh ice.
